When I search for a Realtor in another area outside of the Lubbock Market Area, I look for a Realtor with the CRS designation. I know that Realtors that have the CRS designation are going to have the experience and knowledge to have been successful to meet the requirements to obtain the CRS designation. I have other designations including ABR, GRI, ALHS, RCC, and CNHS, but these designations are relatively easily obtained by taking a few courses either online or in a class setting. The CRS designation on the other hand requires considerable coursework, but more importantly evidence of proven production over an extended period of time.
If you have clients looking to buy or sell in the Lubbock area, I will work hard to satisfy their needs whether it is buying or selling a home. I have been a real estate agent with RE/MAX Lubbock for over 12 years.
