Randy Mulsow has been an active member of the Lubbock community since 1998.  He joined RE/MAX as a Realtor® in 2007.  Randy works primarily in the single-family residential market. As an experienced Realtor®, he is committed to providing his clients with first-class service.

Originally from Kansas, Randy grew up on the family farm with his brothers and sister. He graduated from Emporia State University with a B.S. in Earth Science, and earned his M.S. in Geology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.  He worked in the petroleum industry for six years, and then as an environmental hydrogeologist for twenty years before becoming a Realtor® with RE/MAX.

Randy has developed close ties with the Lubbock community. Both of his sons graduated from Lubbock High School and Texas Tech University. His wife, Sandra, is a high school Social Studies teacher. He spends his time away from the office running, biking, swimming, and enjoying the giant skies of Lubbock.

Helping Buyers

Randy sincerely cares about helping his clients find the homes that are just right for them. He has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation to help fulfill that goal. He has close contacts with local lenders to help his clients qualify and find the right loan to purchase their dream homes.

Randy designed LubSub.com to provide his clients with the information they need to begin searching for the ideal homes. LubSub.com allows buyers to easily search for homes based on their various individual needs and interests. Using the subdivision function, buyers can see all the homes for sale in a specific subdivision and their market statistics.  Randy designed LubSub.com to include other search functions such as:  school districts, garden homes, estate sized homes, and homes with acreage.

Helping Sellers

Randy believes in continuing education to give his clients the best service.  He holds certifications in Residential Construction, New Homes, Luxury Homes, Real Estate Finance and Marketing.  Know that Randy has the skills and knowledge to market your home and give you the best advice for negotiating the sale of your home.  Staying up to date with local market trends and using the marketing tools that RE/MAX provides, gives Randy the expertise to get your home the maximum exposure to get it sold.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, have Randy on your side to lead you through the process and help you negotiate the best deal.
