 Lakeridge Country Club Home Lubbock

Lakeridge Country Club Estates, Cobblestone and Highridge are luxury neighborhoods located around the Lakeridge Country Club Golf Course.  These subdivisions are located in the 1 mile square area bounded by 82nd, Quaker, 98th, and Slide Road. Development began in the late 70's and continued into the 90's. Landscaping has matured and give a nice feel to the neighborhood. A wide range of styles and sizes are present with everything from townhomes to 8,000 square foot homes.

Started in December, 1977, Lakeridge now encompasses 625 acres and includes over 1,200 homes, an 18-hole golf course, eight tennis courts and a junior size Olympic swimming pool. Lakeridge established itself in Lubbock by setting many firsts. Among its watermarks, LakeRidge was the first planned golf course community and the first subdivision to have paved alleys with rear entry access. Lakeridge essentially created the identity of Southwest Lubbock. Today, many businesses use the Lakeridge name as the area's main point of recognition.
