Escondido Crossing Homes are located south of 58th Street and are smaller with homes in the 1,000 to a little over 2,000 square feet and  starting prices in the low 200s.  The Vineyards at Escondico Ranch are higher end homes with sizes in the 3,000 to 6,000 square feet and prices starting near a million.
