Buyers - Welcome to LubSub.com.  If you are looking to buy a home in Lubbock you have come to the right place.  As with most real estate websites you can do standard searches by price, bedrooms, baths, zip codes, or by a map search. (See above entry forms). However, with this site you can also search for homes in the subdivisions that interest you. Just point to "Subdivisions" on the menu bar near the top and scroll down to select a subdivision.  If you are not familiar with the subdivisions you can check each one out and see the price ranges of homes in each. The market stats are provided for each subdivision for the past year and show highs, lows, and averages for sold prices, price/ft², size of home, and days on market.  And when you scroll further down you will see all the homes currently listed for sale in that subdivision.  To see all the pictures and info for each property, just sign up with your email address.

Other Great Search Options!  Look on the top menu bar and you can select searches by categories such as:  Garden Homes, Homes with Pools, Homes with over 2 acres, Estate Homes with .5 to 2 Acres, Frenship or Cooper School Districts, Town Homes/Condos, and New Construction Homes built in the last year or two.

How do you sign up?  Just click on the "LOGIN | REGISTER" button above.

What happens when you sign up?  Your information is confidential and is not sold or given to any other parties.  You will receive an autmatic welcome message from RE/MAX.  Then, whenever you want to search for homes or check out subdivisions, you just log back in with your email address.
